2023 AGE GROUP CANADA NATIONAL SERIES
The Spartan Canada National Series is the premier competitive amateur obstacle course racing series in the world. It features three epic races across Canada and elevates the heroes of Spartan racing: Age Group OCR athletes.
HOW THE COMPETITION WORKS
The Canada National Series is a points-based competition. Over the course of the series, Age Group Heat competitors will earn points based on their performance at each event. Points from ALL your races will determine your overall series ranking.
At the end of the series, the top-ranked men and women will earn prizes from Spartan and Spartan brand partners.

WHY RACE AGE GROUP?
Age Group Heats are designed for weekend warriors, the Spartans who balance their careers, family, social and other obligations while still fanning the flame of their passion: obstacle racing.
These heats differ from Open Heat races in multiple ways:
1) Earlier heat times.
2) Higher levels of competition.
3) Strict refereeing.
4) A dedicated national race series.
5) A community that “gets it”.
