Red Deer Super 10K & Sprint 5K Weekend

Guess what, Alberta? We’re back! Spartan is taking over Heritage Ranch once again for an epic weekend of Super, Sprint and Kids races. Known as the Jewel of Red Deer, this sprawling park lies on the banks of the Red Deer River. Maybe you’re a challenge-seeker who will conquer all distances in one weekend? Either way, you’ll have an unforgettable weekend in Red Deer on race day and beyond. This course’s stable elevation will keep you at a steady pace throughout the race, but the seemingly gentle hills add up and the back-and-forth between wide and single-track trails will force you to be strategic: you’ll have to find the right moment to pass the person in front of you to snag your medal.

Heritage Ranch is halfway between Calgary and Edmonton, making it perfect for Oilers and Flames fans alike. The Battle of Alberta will finally reach a truce as racers from across Wild Rose Country crush the course together. There’s plenty to do on-site at this incredible ranch.
